Terms of Service
1. Investors who choose to subscribe will be sent weekly updates to the Model Portfolio (Model 1 or Model 2 as chosen) on Whatsapp & via Google sheet.
2. Updates will be shared on Saturday or Sunday. Trades are to be made on the following Monday at 9:30 am.
3. The updates will tell you how many shares of each stock to buy (based on the amount invested). This will replicate the same weightage of stocks in the Model portfolio.
4. Investors have to execute the trades from their own DEMAT account.
5. Results of the portfolio will be shared on a public forum as well as with all subscribers.
6. Individual investor portfolio is tracked via a google sheet. Entry and Exit prices taken on the sheet will be based on the 9:30 am trade prices on Monday.
7. Charges per subscriber is a fixed fee of 2.5% of the amount invested per year. This can be negotiated based on the amount invested.
8. Minimum investment amount is Rs 1Lac.
9. We expect our investors to stick to the model strategy for the long term. In the short term, investors could face a drawdown.
10. Risk of investments is borne by the investor. Investing in the Model portfolio does not give guaranteed returns.
11. Past investment performance is not a guarantee of future returns.
